The Bulletin nr 3 for the WTOC 2014 was published and can be found on the dedicated page.
It contains all details about entry deadlines, timetables, official meetings, maps and courses.
There are also significant news about the deviations from the rules in the Team competition and in TempO.
Other countries entrered during last month: Slovakia, Hong Kong and the Netherlands, to reach the record number of 26 teams, with over 110 entries in PreO and 68 in TempO.
