The WOC week always ends with exciting relays. How will your country’s team do in the forests of Campomulo?
The terrain will be the same of the Middle and also the Arena. Last year Dmitriy Tsvetkov decided a very tight and exciting WOC relay for Russia on the last leg – orienteering and running away from Sweden’s Gustav Bergman and the big surprise Denys Shcherbakov for Ukraine. Norway won gold in the women’s relay after a great team performance steadily from start until finish while the other teams had problems with the tricky and strongly forked courses. A clear silver medal went to Finland with Minna Kauppi on the last leg – Kauppi was very happy to finally get a medal on home ground.
